Aquabella took top honors again in this year PHA awards recognizing the best decorated regime entrances within Palmas del Mar.  A beautiful, well-balanced decoration approach was used to create a message portraying the beauty and the meaning of Christmas.  The President of Aquabella is Rafael Perez and its administrator is Maggie Franco from DCI. Second place went to Sunrise and Third place went to Flamboyan Greens.  Our special recognition and thanks to PHA for the fantastic decoration display at the main entrance to Palmas del Mar.

Golf Cart Parade 2015 at Palmas del Mar

More than 100  golf carts full of Palmas families gathered for the annual PHA Golf Cart Parranda.  It was an awesome display of inventiveness and great ideas as residents went out of the way to demonstrate their creativity in decorating their golf carts.  This high level of creativity made it very tough to choose the best decorated carts.  Judging was extremely difficult as many neighbors went all-out with many fabulous decorations.  Finally the First price was awarded to Michelle Cuevas  from Aquabella with the Ginger Bread House.  Second price went to Edsel Astacio from Beach Village with the Christmas Train and  Third price went to Debbie Sosa from Palmas Plantation and with the theme Santa and its Elves.

The party for the homeowners that followed at Palmanova with the Band Batukéalo was awesome.  Dancing and partying lasted until almost midnight. A great time was enjoyed by all  who joined in this community celebration. Our special thanks to our Santa, Gilberto Moliere,
